- Based on a 12-month appointment, memo-style grid with perforated coupons on the bottom of each month.
- This calendar uses 2 color images with one image appearing on the outside front cover and one for the inside which will be viewed all year. Additional image may be provided for the outside back cover for an additional charge. Date pad, including coupons, is printed in two colors.
